These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and o999 ("we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the Platform, including all content, features, tools and services made available thereon.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Your access to and use of the Platform is conditional upon your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. By accessing the Platform — whether or not you create an Account — you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms apply to all Users of the Platform, including without limitation users who browse content, registered account holders, users who participate in promotional activities and users who access the Platform via mobile devices or third-party applications.

Where these Terms are updated, your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the amendments shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. o999 will use reasonable efforts to notify Users of material changes through prominent notices on the Platform.

To be eligible to register an Account and access the full features of the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator through which you are accessing gaming services or the license jurisdiction governing those services.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, unless you have independently verified that your participation is lawful.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended or banned from using the Platform or any related service for a breach of these Terms or applicable law.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, current and complete at the time of registration and shall remain so throughout the duration of your Account.

o999 does not knowingly permit residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute to register Accounts for gambling purposes. Pakistani users acknowledge that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and associated legislation may restrict their participation in real-money gambling activities, and that o999 does not provide legal assurance of the lawfulness of such participation.

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register an Account by providing accurate personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address and, where applicable, residential address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

5.1 Account Credentials

You are responsible for selecting a sufficiently strong and unique password for your Account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. You agree to notify o999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

5.2 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether in the same name, under a different name or through any other means — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. o999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances in the event of a violation of this policy.

5.3 KYC Verification

Before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features, o999 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This typically involves providing government-issued identification documents and proof of address. o999 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account pending the satisfactory completion of KYC requirements.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, o999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for its intended purpose as an online gaming information and entertainment resource. This licence does not include any right to:

• Sub-licence, sell, resell, transfer, assign or commercially exploit the Platform or any Content thereon;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, disassemble or decompile any portion of the Platform;
• Copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any Content without o999's prior written consent;
• Use any automated system, bot, scraper or data-mining tool to extract content or data from the Platform;
• Access the Platform in order to build a competing product or service.

In addition to the restrictions set out elsewhere in these Terms, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the Platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information;
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely representing your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, match-fixing, collusion, chip dumping or any other form of dishonest or illegal activity;
• Using the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Platform's infrastructure or interfere with any other User's use;
• Uploading or transmitting any viruses, malware, spyware or other harmful code;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Platform, any Account not belonging to you, or any system or network connected to the Platform;
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where such use is unlawful, without first obtaining any necessary local authorisation;
• Circumventing any geo-restriction, IP block or other access-control measure implemented by o999;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities for financial gain or competitive advantage.

o999 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this section and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including suspension or permanent termination of the relevant Account, reporting the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities and recovery of any losses or damages sustained.

The Platform provides information about payment methods commonly used by Pakistani players, including mobile wallets such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, instant payment rails such as Raast, and bank transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These references are provided as educational context only. o999 does not guarantee that any specific payment method is available, supported or compliant with all applicable regulations for any given operator or transaction.

8.1 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made using payment methods in your own name. o999 does not accept deposits from third parties. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the operator and/or payment provider and may vary. All financial transactions are subject to applicable banking regulations, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements and the operator's internal compliance procedures.

8.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the satisfactory completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. 8.3 Currency

Exchange rates and conversion fees, where applicable, are determined by the payment provider and may affect the net value of deposits and withdrawals.

From time to time, o999 may make promotional offers, welcome bonuses, loyalty rewards, cashback offers and other incentives available to Users. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time the promotion is offered. Unless otherwise stated, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Users only. Eligibility criteria, including minimum deposit amounts, geographic restrictions and account standing requirements, are specified per promotion.
• Each User is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Circumventing this restriction — for example, by creating multiple accounts — constitutes a breach of these Terms.

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of o999 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trade mark and database rights.

You may view, download and print Content from the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you do not modify the Content and that you retain all copyright and proprietary notices. Any other use of the Content — including reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance — without the prior written consent of o999 is strictly prohibited.

The o999 name, logo and all related marks are the intellectual property of o999. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use the o999 name, logo or any other marks, trade names or trade marks owned by o999 or any third party appearing on the Platform.

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, non-infringement or uninterrupted availability.

o999 makes no representation or warranty that the information provided on the Platform is accurate, up-to-date, complete or suitable for any particular purpose. Content relating to odds, game rules, payment methods, bonus terms and regulatory status is provided for educational purposes only and may not reflect the current position of any specific operator.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, o999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Any reliance you place on information or Content published on the Platform;
• Any financial losses resulting from real-money gambling or betting activities;

• You have provided false, misleading or fraudulent information;
• You have engaged in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7;
• Your continued use of the Platform poses a legal, regulatory, reputational or security risk to o999 or other Users;
• o999 is required to do so by applicable law, a court order or a regulatory authority.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any outstanding balance in a verified Account shall be handled in accordance with the operator's applicable withdrawal procedures, subject to any offsetting claims arising from a breach. Termination does not affect any accrued rights or liabilities of either party existing prior to the date of termination.

You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Requests for self-exclusion as a responsible gambling measure will be actioned promptly and in accordance with our Responsible Gambling policy.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which o999 operates, as specified in the operator's licensing terms.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction. Pakistani Users acknowledge that local legislation, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may apply to their use of the Platform. o999 does not warrant that the Platform is compliant with Pakistani law or any other local legislation.

In the event of any dispute between you and o999, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team at [email protected]. If informal resolution is not possible within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue such remedies as are available under the applicable governing law.

o999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify Users through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised each time these Terms are amended.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform after any amended Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, submit a request to close your Account.
